Voluntarily come off drugs/alcohol naturally

Participants are assisted, in a natural, drug free way, to voluntarily step down off alcohol and/or drugs without the usual uncomfortable or painful symptoms.

This step-by-step process, is in a cost-effective, workshop format. It provides proven, effective tools to allow an individual to reach abstinence within a relatively short period of time or even the very same day! This is a half-day workshop.

Recommended for someone who: 

• Is ready and willing to make a life change.
• Keeps relapsing and wants to "get back on track."
• Is on the waiting list for long term treatment & willing to take the first step

This is a how-to workshop. It is completely voluntary and consists of:

• Screening interview by an RN(qualifying the student and non-using person.)
• Instruction by trained experts.
• Special techniques, taught to student and support person.
• Hands-on practice of stress-reducing and withdrawal-reducing tools.
• Daily telephone support for seven days.
• Weekly individual counseling sessions for the following three weeks.
• A drug facts booklet and other educational materials.
• A vitamin package.
• A reference manual.
• Recommendation for follow-up as needed.

               All the necessary tools to start a drug free life!

This is not a medical program nor a substitute for a full rehabilitation program.
