Idaho Statutes Rule 33.3 Evaluation of persons guilty of domestic assault or domestic battery.

Evaluators of persons who plead guilty or are found guilty of domestic assault or battery under Idaho code 18-910 shall be approved by the Idaho Supreme Court.
